Refund Policy

Racquet Training Specialist will refund the product purchase price within 30 days of product receipt if you are not completely satisfied with the play and durability of the product. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the product back to Racquet Training Specialists.

Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned product at our facility. Parts that are missing from the product, or parts that show use of wear, or damage, will have those costs deducted from the product’s refund amount.
 
Racquet Training Specialists products are the highest quality on the market.  We back up this claim by offering a lifetime guarantee against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship.  The warranty does not include normal wear and tear, neglect, user modifications, inappropriate use, or wear from extended/continuous outdoor exposure.
