Order Processing & Shipment Timelines
Orders for all products (except the Club model rebounder) will typically ship within two days after receipt. The Club rebounder may take up to one week prior to shipment due to the extensive kitting required for this particular model.
All of our pickleball rebounder orders are semi-custom. Given that we offer multiple colors for both the rebounder structure and panel, there are (at times) lead time delays in replenishing materials. If shortages occur, we will do everything we can to minimize these delays and will inform customers accordingly when these instances occur.
Customer-Provided Shipping Information
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping details. Any errors in the shipping address may result in delivery delays or additional charges. Please contact us immediately if you detect any inaccuracies in the information you provided.
Shipping Delays and Disclaimers
All of our products are shipped via FedEx Ground. Any timeframes that we quote for delivery of shipments are estimates based on information we have been provided by FedEx. Unforeseen circumstances such as supply chain issues, weather disruptions, or other factors beyond our control may impact delivery times.
Racquet Training Specialists is not liable for any delays in shipment once the order has been dispatched from our facility.
